Consumer Mediation

If something didn't go as you expected, let's talk about it together first: most disagreements find a simple and quick solution.

Send me your complaint by email to contact@maisonkinsei.fr
or by mail to

I commit to responding to you within 15 days.

2. Appeal to the mediator
If we cannot find a solution, or if you have not received a response within two months, you can use the consumer mediator to which Maison Kinsei belongs free of charge:

The mediator is an independent and impartial person who helps you find an amicable solution.

To be able to refer to them, you must:
- have first sent me a written complaint;
- refer to them within one year from this complaint.

Mediation is free for you.
You remain free to accept or refuse the proposed solution, and you retain in all cases the possibility of seizing the competent court.
