What data, why, and for how long?
I only collect what is useful to answer you, organize your ritual, and take care of it.
I never sell your data and do not use it for advertising purposes.

Your health information
Before your first ritual, I will provide you with a comfort form. It may contain information about your health (allergies, sensitivities, treatments, pregnancy, medical devices, or implants), which helps me adapt the ritual and take care of you safely.

It is filled out on paper, only with your written consent.

I keep it under lock and key and never share it with anyone.

I destroy it 3 years after your last ritual.

You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Please never send me health information via the contact form or email: we will discuss it together when you arrive.
Who has access to your data?
Only me. Two technical service providers process them on my behalf, solely for the needs of their service:

Wix (Wix Online Platforms Limited, Ireland), which hosts this site and collects messages from the contact form;

Planity, which manages bookings, payments, and gift cards, according to its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers may store data outside the European Union. They commit to protecting it according to the guarantees provided by European regulations (GDPR).
Your comfort form, however, remains on paper, with me, and is not entrusted to any service provider.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site, created with Wix, uses cookies necessary for its operation and security. They do not require your consent.
With your consent, audience measurement cookies also allow me to know how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, without identifying you personally. They are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
During your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse these cookies. You can change your mind at any time from this banner. This site does not use any advertising cookies.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask me to:

Security and updates
I take care of your data just like your ritual: paper files under lock and key, password-protected access, and no data kept longer than necessary.
This policy may evolve, for example if I add a service.
